Features and Benefits
Bariris is ranked in the top-10 varieties in BSPB/STRI Turfgrass Seed 2023 booklet Table S2. Barzico and Barbasten are elite quality perennial ryegrasses, being ranked #1 and #4 respectively in the BSPB/STRI Turfgrass Seed 2023 booklet Table S1. A favourite for its good wearing qualities and regrowth, smooth-stalked meadowgrass has rhizomes that enable it to recover quickly from wear during the winter season. Combined with the ryegrasses in this mix, the balance of characteristics makes it particularly suitable for winter sports pitches.
